I took apart pc one thing at a time testing stuff and found out it was my SSD gone bad. its replaced and windows reinstalled but might be a day or two before I am back on just giving heads up.

In BIOS it is called TPM (Trusted Platform Module). That is the chip on the motherboard responsible for secure boot.

TPM, Intel Platform Trust Technology (IPTT), or PTT (Intel systems).

AMD fTPM or Firmware TPM (AMD systems).

Few solution but to much typing. Put this "secure boot greyed out" in google search and it will give you few solutions.

hey Red I did that and i have tried what was said but it is still grayed out that's why i am stuck right now if you want to know what google said here it is below

"When Secure Boot is grayed out in the BIOS, it usually means you need to set a Supervisor Password, disable Fast Boot, set the Boot Mode to UEFI, or Restore Factory Keys, depending on your manufacturer (HP, ASUS, MSI, etc.). The common solution is to go to the Security tab in BIOS, set a supervisor password, then return to the Boot section to enable Secure Boot and ensure it's in UEFI mode, as this unlocks the option"

not sure what else i can do to get it to be turned on.

That's what I had to do. Set a PW before it would let me enable secure boot.

Maybe the issue is in the thing that you installed windows before turning the secure boot on in BIOS. Did you install win 11?

Do you have a SSD or a M.2 drive? Try installing drivers for them. I found few things online that if the drive drivers are not signed by Microsoft secure boot will not work and your system partition can't be formated as MBR type.

This is how I installed my win 11 and never had any issues regarding secure boot:
