Back up your CoDWaW profile often just in case it ever gets corrupted. I would recommend everyone do it every other Sunday or something like that.

Your profile is kept in your app data folder and not in the program folder. I can help you if need be.

or C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles

search for profiles and you will find the correct profile

Copy the profile and paste it to a safe location such as a DVD, CD, memory stick or just to a Temp folder

Good advise Wesley.  I back mine up about every two weeks.  You can also back up the whole CoDWaW folder.  There is a file there that has your favorite list and friends list.  That way you won't have to re-enter the servers in your favorites and redo your friends list.
