Anyone else having problems with comcast?

Every morning around 11AM and every night around 12AM i lose internet for about 20 minutes.

nope i have cox but i have heard of ppl having problems but not like yours

That once happened to me with comcast. They came out to the house and didn't find anything wrong. It ended up being something wrong with a switcher or something down the line from my house.  Give them a call and let them know what is happening hopefully they can fix it.

You can no more win a war than you can win an earthquake.

I don't loose connection around those times but get crummy ping and through output about 10 to 11 am.  I thought it was on my end and went through the whole router modem reset drill and the bam it's good.  I thought well you did good (lams) and it was all along comcast.  And they move me around to different ips.  In other words one day I run speed test and I am in my home town then a week later somewhere in Indiana.  Go figure.

My internet went out again last night for about 4 hours. when it started again it turn off every 5 mins. Comcast says they dont know whats wrong.

All I can say is WOW, thats why I switched to WideOpenWest here in the Detroit area.  I got tired of dealing with comcrap.
