So early access started a couple days ago and I have playing some since.  The game is mostly fun with some glaring annoyances.  First of all is "Call For Backup" balance.  You can sort of see the level of the players you are being called out to arrest/kill, but it can still be a little confusing.  Especially when somebody half your level has weapons twice as powerful as yours.  2v5 what the heck?  I got assigned an APB against two people which I accepted.  The option to call for backup was available so I hit B and waited.  I kill both criminals and a few moments later I get assigned a squadmate.  He is higher level than I am so I am thinking we are going to cruise.  Suddenly the criminals get three more players and we are stuck with just the two of us.  We did end up with more kills but lost the mission anyway.  Power in numbers I guess.

It's a pain in the butt to arrest people.  As an enforcer you have to get a secondary weapon, nicknamed "The Pig".  This replaces all other secondary weapons and is simply a two shot stun gun.  Can be difficult when you are trying to stun your opponent and they are firing at you with a submachine gun.  The entire time so far I have only seen one person arrest anybody.

Hackers.  Faced a couple in beta, none so far in Early Access so no big deal there.

Endless car chases.  Ugh, the cheapest way to win a mission possible.  Basically you have to stop the criminals, yet they just drive around so you can't get to them.  Hard to catchup when you start the mission a mile away on foot and they are already driving.  Works the same for both sides of the law though.

This game is FUN.  A nice refreshing take on the shooter/mmo.

In game ads.  People freaked about these.  Some even threatening to quit.  Then word leaked that you would only hear the in game audio advertisements once every three hours and only if you happened to be at a loading screen between districts.  People still freaked out.  Five hours in the game and I have yet to hear any advertisements.

In game VOIP.  It's implemented very well and of a decent quality.  Push to talk is on by default, but a lot of people disable that.  Which leads to some odd occasions.  The way VOIP works in the game is there's a bubble around you in which you can hear anybody who happens to be passing by, on your team, whatever speaking.  Which includes conversations that shouldn't be broadcast.  For example, hearing parents and their kids arguing, personal details about something, really crappy music.  Other than that the system is great.

Customization.  They've done a great job with this as well, even going so far as to have an in game musical theme creator.  I have barely touched that myself as I am no good at it and will probably just grab a good theme off the marketplace.

So the game has it's quirks, especially when it comes to balance.  But overall it's been a fun and mostly positive experience so far.

This is my enforcer so far:
