I have tried to log into TS. But always get username\password error. Is there a password for TS?

I received an email from you my in game name is DCFC1884. But im wanting to be known as PvtDerby. Dont panic its a football thing.

I have TS2 installed and still cannot connect at all. Is it possible that someone could join me on msn to take me through the steps as It just keeps saying bad login\password.
