OK all i asked the GOA today about this rule ive had peep tell me diff  explanations of this rule so here it is from the boss.
if you have to run and jump to access an area its illegal  like the broken bridge u cant come out of a crouch and make that jump
the ski lift would be another and the window from the cat walk same map.  im sure there are others spots
so why dont we all help our officers and leave feedback here of spots on maps  that u have to run and jump to get to
then im sure we can debate them at an all hands meeting

well i have made the jump over the bridge with out running nor sure where you mean for the other, just cos some one is there you cannot warn them you have to see the offence

If you have light weight on you can make the jump.

I have not been able to make the jump without the perk...

Anyone else able to confirm?

but did you do it crouching or did you stand and walk jump?

You can go from crouch to jump all in one fluid movement and make it across. Kit doesn't matter. Though that area is wide open and easy to be spotted in.

I think mr t had it right you have to see the player run to get there before warning. That should end the debate about any spot
