It could be your PSU (power supply) too if you have absolutely no juice.  If you have a voltmeter, you can test out the PSU or if you have a spare PSU use it in the computer and see if it boots.

Thnx m8, it was the PSU what whent kia,and gladly not the mainbord what i thought at first becaus i had juice on it!!
