CPU - 3.20 gigahertz AMD Phenom II X4 955
GFX - NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
RAM - 2x2gb(4gb Total)  Gskill DDR2 800

One thing im wondering is, is it worth it to go to DDR3.  DDR2 is inexpensive, yes, but DDR3 is also relatively cheap now, costs less energy, and performs better?

*NOTE* My MOBO only has two slots for RAM...another reason why i would kind of like to upgrade.

Please note that my PC runs relatively well, but i have noticed some lag as of late(cough BLACKOPS cough) when i load the game, or when i do tasks that used to be lightning fast.  Also i like to OC.  ive had my CPU OC'd to 3.8ghz, but the RAm has to run faster, and it doesnt appreciate it(does this sound valid?)
