Hi there, I was playing on your guys' Polite and Friendly HC Crouch server, and at the end before map change I was kicked and banned and was just curious as to why.

Most likely it was a temp kick by the game for to many TKs. The game auto kicks for a round if you TK to many times. It shows it as a ban until its lifted which should have already happened.

It wasnt, I hadnt made a single TK.  There was no reason for a server generated kick/ban.

I just checked again actually, Im still banned

There are many reasons as to why you may have been banned, swearing at a player, racism, disresecting players/BK members, innapropriate name, or playercard.  If you had done any of those then that would be the reason.  

Please submit a ticket on our home page under player:kick/ban, and please state the time and date of the incident, and an admin will get back to you ASAP.

I had already submitted a ticket, and I can assure you I did not disrespect anyone whatsoever. I also do not have an inappropriate player card (its a penguin).  I still have the games I played in the server saved.
