Hello, I made a ticket on 2011-06-23 and another on 2011-07-15. I also made a post apologizing for my actions. Lately I've been playing black ops on your Crouch HC server but don't play there that much because my ping gets over 100. Can someday help me out on getting back into crouch server #3 and #2. Its been almost 2 months and still banned. How long does it take for admin to view my ticket?

I don't view these tickets but I can tell you from experience that if you used bad language in your ticket or were generally disrespectful, or if the reason for your original ban was particularly heinous, don't expect the ban to be lifted.
