I was just on Polite and Friendly HC Crouch #3 and I got kicked for not crouching, but I was?!?  It said last warning, and I said "wtf I am" and then was kicked about 10 seconds later in the crouched position.  What is up with that?  Not so polite and friendly....

First, you shouldnt tell us that we arent polite and friendly.  Second, if that is an actual quote of what you said, we do NOT tolerate bad language in the servers, nor the abbreviatons or alterations.  Also our admins are top notch, and there is never a phantom ban "ban without reason".  If you are seeking an unban, someone will be sure to help you, if you come correct to our community.  Respecting our admins and players is a top priority here, and BK moves to correct any issues in a fair and timely manner.

I didn't realize abbreviations were cursing.  My apologies.  I was however in the crouched position, before and after the warning was posted.  But thank you for your replies, and your admins prompt service to get me out of the game.

I was there.  You were upright and walking around.  Maybe not at the exact moment you got your warnings, but you were walking around enough to warrant them, and then the kick.  Also, it is not a ban, but a timed kick.

I have been kick for "not crouched" and I was crouched the entire map. I even went back and watched the video and I never once stood up. Not saying he did.....but that has happened. It was a temp kick and when I went back in it didn't do it and has not done it since.

As far as tickets, mine is almost a month old and I have gotten no replies.

We do not ban for running or walking unsighted, we do issue a kick.  The kick will appear as a ban but it is not.  Have you tried to get back in?
