I am not able to say who banned you because I do not have that level of admin right. But it might help the admins to locate your case if you state which server which game and when the ban occurred.

When we ban someone there usually is very good reason but the tool does not always work the way it is suppose to so it could of been a mistake.

To correctly petition the leadership you have to submit a ticket from the front page. Right on the home page it says if you think you have been banned click here. that is the process and one of the senior members will review the ticket and logs and get back to you.

I have a ticket open for over a week and no response

be patient the ticket system gets overwelmed sometimes and it takes time to get through them all. Kept in mind "how you work your request may effect the response." Remember the name of  our website.
