For some reason when I press and release my Right mouse button to ADS, it won't stay in ADS mode. I have to hold the right mouse button down to stay in ADS mode. I have checked my settings, defraged and verified the local files but still have the problem. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you've made sure your Aim Toggle is set in your options, so let us have a look-see at your configuration file.
Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\players\ and open your config_mp.cfg.
Make sure "cg_adsZoomToggleStyle" is set to "1", and "bind MOUSE2 "+toggleads_throw"" is set. Also make sure mouse2 isn't bound to something else.
If none if that works, delete that config_mp.cfg and set it all up again.

Are you having the same issues like this with other FPS. Maybe your mouse setting like click lock.
