You were told after your first ticket that it may take a while to get it sorted out because they have a lot of tickets in their system. Making multiple tickets and posts like this is only going to hurt you.

i was told i am not on ban list. Still says banned when going into server.

This happened to me on one of Black Ops server, a couple weeks before i joined. I got auto-kicked for TKs,..

Anyway, a Verify Game Files in Steam fixed it.
