The only things that get an instant ban are: racist remarks and disrespecting members, server, or players. Or the 5 TK auto-kick, which shows as a ban, but which lasts for 15 minutes.
So try to get in again. If it's a no-go, you'll have to submit a Support Ticket found through the Contact Us link at the top of the page.
