There is one person checking in on them, and as people seem they're entitled to be liberal with their language in our chat, there is a pretty hefty backlog of tickets.
Expect it to take a fair amount of time. If your offense was especially egregious and/or your queries about your ticket in bad taste or in bad language, you'll probably never get a response or get the ban removed.
