Saturday Night Special, Black Ops

Having never run an event before, I'm going to give it a try.  Since I won't have BF3 until late in January, let's have some fun on the Black Ops bootcamp server.

I'm calling this "Saturday Night Special" because it's basically pistols only.  You can use a combat knife, and last stand is allowed, otherwise, no other weapons, killstreaks, etc.  I forgot to add to the event calendar that  you also cannot use full auto on the CZ75, so single shot pistols only, but dual wield is OK (you get twice as much ammo that way..hint...hint..)

We'll play three game types on Nuketown :  Demolition, TDM, and Capture the Flag, with the special rule that in CF, the flag carrier (only) is allowed to run if he/she chooses to do so.

Nuketown should be fun without the nadefest.

If we have enough time, we might do a Freeforall at the end if anyone is interested.

Any help from an admin on setting this up would of course be appreciated.  Any volunteers?

Thanks,
Josarthu

Thanks for the great idea Josarthu but we may need to pick a different day we already have a Match in BF3 this Saturday and may have something next week. Grab me and lets look at ideas.

Sorry, it's in the schedule for the 17th, that's two weeks from this Saturday.  Does that still present a problem?
