I had an issue when trying to access the Karkand expansion maps, I would get a message saying I had not purchased the expansion. I found a workaround...
On the upper right hand corner of the Battlelog home page their is a SIGN OUT option. Click this and then sign back in. Loggging out of origin will not make a difference seems to have to be the Battlelog sign out has to be used.
I know they are working on this issue, but doing the above has worked for me and others.
