This will be my last try to get my PC going again.  NZXT didn't ship me any rubber screws with the new case which should have been with the case.  So they are mailing out me some new rubber screws.  I will also be using spray on rubber for the motherboard tray.

Hopefully this fixes the issue with my PC not working.  (I get powered on but no power to my USB devices or monitor)

Thanks for all the help guys and for the suggestions.  Turns out the case is grounding out the motherboard thus shorting it out.
