I already submitted a ticket but no one replied me yet.. Please help

Hi theniubt,

If it was a kick for language, then it is temporary, and you may already be able to join the server.
If it was a ban for language, then submitting the ticket and waiting for a response is the way to go.  Please be patient and feel free to join the other BF3 server in the meantime.  You can find it by searching for Polite in the BattleLog.

Thanks I will.. I'm just curious why I haven't been replied yet. It's already been a day.

Everybody that is a part of BK and does work like checking tickets etc. do so as a volunteer, so please be patient.
