Could we be getting some of our rights back? Can people that no longer want or play Battlefield 3 soon be able to sell it/gift it away?  Perhaps a game you never play on Steam or bought, played on ehour and hated?  Are the old days of "You beat Halo?  Can i borrow the disc so i can try it out?" about to make a comeback?

Seems the EU thinks so, and that sounds like good news to me.
