I was playing on your server for this first time today and didn't realize it was a crouch server and then banned.
I just assumed it was like all the rest of the servers I've been in were run and gun. I apologize for my error.
Would it be possible to have the banned removed.

It was only a 15 min kick. All bans show as kicks.

You should be able to get back in. However if not please go to the contact us and put in a ticket and it will be taken care of as soon as someone can look at it, and thank you for playing on our servers.
