Are you attempting to log in from another country perhaps? The website for example automatically comes up in Japanese on my tablet since at the moment I am in Japan and I have location based services enabled.

Origin has a live chat for support. I would use it to get them to help you to reset it back to English.

Go to "Info over"
Second block down will be "Regional Settings" in whatever language. Choose "edit" (will be highlighted in blue)
