Two more Battlefield 4 Shortcut Kits are now available.  To get the Shotguns Shortcut Kit you need to be a Premium member, but anyone can get the Grenades Shortcut Kit.  From Battlelog, click on "News".  One of the top stories is for "New Battlefield 4 Shortcut Kits Available".  You can also click This Link.  Directions are listed there on how to get both kits.

Dang it, I thought I did the handgun one but it only unlocked the DMR's.  I missed out on the handguns now, little upset with that one.

Keep in mind there are 2 steps to this.  1 step to get the shotguns via the "Battlefield 4 Premium Giveaway" link, and 1 step to get the nades via the Store.
