What inspired you to start Operation Helping Hand?

How many people have you (and others) helped?  

What kinds of things do you do for members who need help?  

How do they let you know if they need something?  Is there an interview process?  

What types of materials would help you to help others the most?  Are monetary donations best?

Is there anything else I should be asking?  

Operation Helping Hand will be part of the article as it is so amazing, helpful and important.
