I have a big problem and hope some one can help.
Since getting a new iphone (same phone number) and updating to win10 my Origin and EA will not accept the authn. app codes. I can not even get into either account with out the codes. I tried contacting EA but can't find the call-back number they used to have.
Any ideas?

I finally found EA's call me back after using Edge, never showed up in FireFox. They called back gave me several codes and I'm now good to go.
