Well after ten days of installing, removing hardware. half dozen OS installs, unplug this drive this monitor change ports so on and so on. When all it took was a simple BIOS Setting Change
I won't rehash the whole thing here but I would install the OS get to the desktop and bang the monitor would go blank.
All I had to do is go to the BIOS advance setting, in the PCIe bus changed the detection from Auto to Gen-2 and BANG on the road to hours of downloads and software installs. While my Daughter is downloading games to her new PS4 PRO
