Came home from work today and noticed Eset was blocking https://steam-chat.com

The solution to fix this if anybody else also has this problem is as follows;

1) Open the Eset GUI
2) Click Setup, then click Internet Protection
3) Click the gear icon next to web access protection
4) Select URL address management then click edit
5) Highlight list of allowed addresses then click edit down near the lower left
6) In this last box that pops up click add then enter https://steam-chat.com
7) Now click OK to everything to close all the boxes.  Steam chat now works.
