I am having a couple of issues, first my head set is not working I tried to update drivers and also uninstalled and reinstalled still having problems. Second the computer won't shut down or restart, I have to manually shut it down, it will however start up after manually shutting it down. Does anyone have any tips how to repair these issues? Thanks in advance

Sounds like a clean install ow Windows but first see if you can reset to a back up date

I agree with pigpen and phill when happened to me it was first sign of hard drive total failure.
