Hey guys, I have really enjoyed playing on your server and have been playing for a while. I just logged in the other day and was playing for a bit then all the sudden it came up with a punkbuster permanent band and I can't get in now because of it. I know I have always followed the server rules and never botherd with any kind of hacks, never cursed on the site an so on. Just trying to get back in so I can enjoy playing in the server again.

Justnthyme, Is this the name that you use in game? It would help us greatly if you could provide us with a bit more information. i.e. - when this happened, what server, you player name and if you can remember any BK members that were in the server at the time. The more information you can provide us the quicker we can try and get this resolved. Thank you!

I looked on all three servers and I did not this name in the ban list. I will check with an officer to see if he can find it. Please give us your GUID number and ip address if it's not too much trouble. Thanks Justnthyme
