Hello,

I play Call of Duty 5 Every day on lunch and for about an hour after work. I play your Polite & Friendly server the times I do play CoD. The past few days though I keep getting kicked for 60m without any warnings.

First kick: Kicked 60m with only my first warning being given, and I don't think I was even running when I was kicked. I abide by the rules and I greatly enjoy tactical.

Second Kick (Today): I was getting really lucky with Rifle Grenade shots from across the map and on the next map I got a lucky one right at the start. The people on the server mentioned they warned not to do that within the first 30 seconds and I apologized. I missed the first warning because I go AFK in between maps to discuss strategy with my brother. About 5 minutes later into the game, I launched a rifle grenade over the building (sniper tower [Map:Castle]) and it killed StingRay-BK-. IMMEDIATELY I was kicked for 60m for Deliberate TEAMKILLING, and I hadn't killed a single teamate the entire game.

I am not one to normally worry about this but being this is part of my dailt routine, a stress relieving habit of mine to play your server makes me want to resolve the issue. I ask no special treatment on your servers, I just want to play fairly and have a good time. And just because I am doing good one day doesn't mean I should be kicked because of it...

I have resolved the issue for ban #2 and that was my major concern. Couldn't figure out how to delete this topic (not good with forums) so I am replying.

I look forward to playing with more of BK, been a pleasure thus far.

Guys, if you play regularly, you should know that Riflenades are NOT allowed within the first 30 seconds of each map. Also, blind nades aren't always lucky shots - you could equally TK someone. having said that, enjoy playing!
