I was playing on your server today and doing well. One of your members typed out my name in all chat. when i asked "what?" i may have missed what they wrote i was in a gun fight... i get kicked and banned. i was crouching, and slowly moving around.. i had just killed 2 guys with the rc-xd.  next thing i know i am at the load screen. this was unfare and totally inappropriate. I may have ran once or twice for a second before crouching. I would like to know the main reason i was banned. seems your admins are a bit trigger happy with the banning...

You may not have been banned at all. Possibly just kicked for the rest of the game. As that is how it is done on our servers. Or possibly you could have Tked too many teammates accidently, and that is an auto ban done by the server program, not us at all. At any rate, try to get into that server now, and see if you can. If you can't then come back on here and let us know, I am sure we can find out the reason and get it corrected if we are or were in error. Be advised, it might take a bit, not terribly long, but a day or so.
You may want to get on our teamspeak and discuss it with the admins that are there. They can explain or help further.

Ok here it goes....

CoDBO never uses the word "kicked"... it always tells you that you are banned...

1) game auto-ban for TK's, you may reenter server when time expires on the ban(no admin control)

2) admin ban for not crouching(after 2 warnings)... this is a temp ban lasting 1 round give or take

3)admin perma ban for language, played card, repeatedly refusing to crouch after multiple temp bans, arguing with admins, disrespecting server or players.... depending on servewrity you may or may not get a warning.......in order play on server ban must be lifted, submit a ticket under "contact us" tab

4) trayarch ban for player card, boosting and whatever else they listed on forums page... think penalties starts at 2 week min and goes all the way perm-ban...(no admin control)

5) V.A.C. ban issued by steam, will ban you from all ranked servers and you will not be unbanned ...create new steam account and repurchase game(no admikn control)


current steam supplied rccon tool is horrendous.... if you join a server as someone leaves(taking they're slot) before ban lands you get the punishment
