I'm very confused on this change of the rule. This was a easy rule to enforce and observe I'm curious as why it isn't observed anymore. As it is by the non-bk members and we are befuddled.

Hey Sheepy long time no see.  Apology was never required by the rules it was just the polite and friendly thing to do.

We have never made people apologies for TKs. They often happen during fire fights where if you stop you will die. We understand that and well we encourage it we do not require it.
