www.ccleaner.com

This site has a crap cleaner which will clean all windows files ....defrag which will do ten times better job then windows defrag.....

A friend of mine works for a multi-million dollar computer company and they use these programs.

I use this regularly, I completely agree with the use of this program.

Strong Recommendation.

I use Vista Ultimate and I've found I rarely actually need to defrag.  I used to use Ashampoo Magical defrag.  It sat in the taskbar and would work while the computer was idle.  Was pretty nice.  Then I discovered there wasn't much need to defrag all the time on my box.  I check occasionally and if I need to I run it over night on 2.5tb of space.

I also don't have any use for a malware cleaner, ect.  Be smart when you download.  Use a good av program.(I use Nod32) And there is no need for anything like that.  There's a bunch of free programs I use instead of the mainstream stuff.  I was working on this page to keep track of them and keep them available to people.  I should start doing it again.
