Why am I again have a permanent ban? I did not swear, and do not break the rules.
I sent a ticket (he is the third in a row, the first two I have grammatical errors)

I want to know, for what I got a permanent ban?

We sometimes have trouble with this server where the banlist does not update properly.

We remove a ban, and when the server re-boots, the ban re-appears.

Another player had the same problem at the same time on this server, so that appears to be the case here.

PS - the ban has been removed (again).
