Hello to any and all who read this.

First off, I'd like to apologize for my actions this morning. I joined your server, and broke a rule, and was banned. And was defiantly in the wrong.

I was on the Hardcore Crouch / No Recon server when I was killed by a fellow player who was running, not crouching, and doing this multiple times. I was already having a bad morning. So I snapped.

I said something along the lines of:

- <Name>
-
- Crouch, you damn little bitch


And was kicked / banned within seconds. I was not aware of all the rules, and did not know such language would result this way. I rather enjoy playing on your server, and would like to continue to do so.

Hopefully we can work this out, but If not, I'm sorry, and I was in the wrong.

Thanks for coming  in. Apologies go a long way here, and it's appreciated. You have to create a Support ticket using th Contact Us link at the top of the site. We get many, so please be patient. In the meantime, I suggest you look the the Ruels lin, also at the top of the page, and have a looksee.

And we we run a second BF4 server. Also make sure that you just don't get a 15 minute kick. Although disrespect like that will usually result in a ban, some people will take pity and simply give  a tempban.

So i submitted the ticket the same day I made this thread, and wow-wee does it take a while. :)

Hopefully I goes well though, and someone actually responds soon. I'm feeliing rather ashamed, and haven't played on many other BF4 servers since.

I have a similar problem.  I was banned for language and I posted a ticket almost a month ago (I think), no response.  Can someone help please?

After seeing the last guys post, I have a little fear inside me now :P

Any chance someone can help me out here? Still banned.

It will be looked at as soon as possible, Johnny said he was going to look for it.

Still nothing.  2 weeks have passed and I don't think anyone has reviewed my ticket.

Really sad I can't play on such an amazing server.
