I had to re install all my Sound drivers. But for some reason I'm unable in my "Sound" settings to locate Mic. setup. Any suggestions

It could be a few things...
Go to Device Manager (START....Right Click on COMPUTER....PROPERTIES...DEVICE MANAGER.....) See if you have any errors in there, you might have to go to the Sound Card Web site to get the drivers, if you haven't already done so...
It could be deactivated.... on the bottom, near your clock, right click on the Speaker icon for your sound. Go to Recording Devices....see if it's in there and deactivated or something. If you don't see it, right click and show all devices...see if that helps...
The mic works in another computer?

It's transmitting. But when I test it, nothing happens. I have no idea whats going on.

You say it's transmitting, yet it's not working, are you testing it in windows, Teamspeak?
If windows, that green status bar should move.
If TS, you might have to change the default device in the settings..
If you want, I'll be home all day, PM me and I'll come on and start up TS and Teamviewer and help you out...
I"ll PM you my cell number so you can text me when you want me to come on line....
