I was banned, and yes I've tried for a week to log on and am not allowed so I know it's a ban and not a kick.

In one sentence I called two players a bitch and for that I was banned. I made no other disparaging comments, that was my only post during the game, one thing said an boom, instant ban. I opened a ticket, apologized for digression, and have received no reply. All i can say is, I'm human, I forgot what server I was on, I screwed up, I'm sorry.  I've never played on any server, for any game, that has such a draconian rule against bad mouthing other players. I respect your rules, I just forgot what server I was on, I play on a few different servers depending on ping and which maps are in play. I like your server, and since I only like to play hardcore, based on my ping I'm limited to just a few servers. I would respectfully request clemency for my crimes, and humbly ask to be un-banned. At the very least, please reply to my tickets so I know my plea was heard. Thank you.  

Server was the Hardcore battlefield 4 server.

CARL0S--DANGR can you please double check your name to make sure it is correct. That name dose not show up on any of our kick or ban logs. That is the reason for the delay very sorry about that.

Thank you. so the "O" in "CARLOS" is actually the number zero (0). Also, I just realized I was typing the name incorrectly,  there are 3 dashes "---" between the CARL0S and DANGR, "CARL0S---DANGR." Hopefully that's the problem.  Thanks again and sorry for the disparaging remarks, wont happen again.
