High Tickrate Servers Are Here!

Well its about time they figured something out. This is huge news for gaming. This means we will be able to rent different Tic servers for better experience. 144 htz here we come BF5

Great now us not so good players are going to die more but it is a move in the right direction

So, I have a question about the tickrate of the new servers.
I just played BF4 on different servers that are running the higher rates. When you log in it displays a message telling you to set your frame rate higher than the server. The servers I was on were at 60hz, my frame rate is 60hz max.
If servers go to 144hz like in Pastor Dan's video and my rig is maxed at 60hz, does it mean I would not be able to play on those servers? what would I need, a new monitor?

You'll still be at 60 htz cause of your monitor . It should play even better on say a 120 or 144 htz server in theory.
