This one is not for the mathematically challenged :)
I thought I was on the right track with my calculations and was able to pull up grid co-ordinates, but they all landed me in the same general area in the Gulf of Guinea.
Anyone else have an idea?

each set of number relates to row in "Napier's Bones"
so the first row is 7335813
this was made from Napier's Bones row 8
then the arrow UP and 3 means take row 8 and move up 3 which equals row 5
the take 7335813 and times it by 5
which equals 36679065
then the x = y (00.000001) equates to 36679065 x 0.000001 = 36.679065
this is the first part of a coordinate, you need to repeat for each set which will give you 4 coordinates then connect coordinates 1 and 3, then 2 and 4 and it will give you an X and we all know that X marks the spot
