In Windows Defender - since I deleted my TotalAV Virus Program my Windows Defender Virus & Threat Protection does not turn on. I have tried multiple things but selections are greyed out or do not work including the selection to turn it on in System and using the items in services.msc
I run my PC as an Administrator.

According to the literature when I uninstalled TotalAV all of Defender should have turned on. All the other parts of Defender like Firewall and the others are turned on.

Any suggestions or perhaps a voice chat in TeamSpeak?
