Says I unlocked the red dot, in weapons tells me next item IS red not. Does the anti-weapon have a way to add the red dot or what every it is to it?

You may have only unlocked the red dot for one weapon. You get the assault red dot by playing with the assualt kit, you get the engineer red dot by playing with the engineer kit etc...

With the engineer, if you have unlocked it, there should be an option for it in the unlocks section while you are in-game.
