On the 10th of April the repair tech who came to my house to fix my xps730 saw the radiator fluid run out onto my living room rug and said oops this is a bio hazard u get a new comp they discontinued the xps models because they were having a lot of problems with them { no really Ived had 3 of them in 2 yrs all of them failed}5-1/2 weeks later and many phone calls to Dell We got an e-mail from a fella saying they no longer make the xps 730 and would I be willing to except an Area-51 Alien Ware, " with comparable or better parts". Huh this is the 3rd guy claiming to have my back and case#. The first time the last 4 digits were inverted apparently lost and then forgotten the gal that called the first week said she was incharge of my case and did I know they had ruled my comp. a BIO-HAZARD and that she would be taken care of me LOL!!! After a couple weeks we called to see what was up since we never heard from her again. And the process began again several hour long Plus waits has my wife endured while being passed from useless tech to useless tech then finally some tech took the time to research it and found the inverted case#s.{GENIUS}! that was 2 wks ago and so the process begins agin where they inform me they no longer make the xps 730 that they have been waiting for on back order for me. Good Grief 
Building it myself next time as it will be another 3 wks wait while they personally build this one for me Bah even I could build one in a day with all the stuff Dell has who are they kidding Thanks Dell you suck!
