Okay guys im looking for some suggestions on a backup solution for work.  Right now we are running a dated version of Backup exec for Novell.  We backup at two locations, one off site at our ISP and the other on site with tapes.  We are looking to use a NAS to store the backups to eliminate the need for slow tapes.  We also would like to get away from Backup Exec.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

SyncBack work pretty good, has a lot of configurable functions and best of all there is an open-source version (freeware) or if you prefer a professional version rather cheap.
