So I'm wiping my hard drive and was wondering how I should partition my 1TB hard if at all. I was going to leave it one partition but if someone makes a good argument then....

I Have my 1 TB HDD partitioned into 3 separate drives,
150 GB for Windows 7 Ultimate x64,
500 GB for video games/steam/photoshop/AutoCAD/etc
and the remaining (~ 350GB) for multimedia/videos/pictures/music

organized, and having all me media on a separate partition sometimes I'm careless when I download a program/video/song through torrents that has a virus, it will only affect stuff in that partition, so I only have to wipe that partition clean and my OS/program partitions remain unscathed.

Awesome thanks. so should I just create the one for now before the install and then when I'm done create the others?

100 GB for Windows 7 64-bit
The rest approx. 830 GB on another partition for all the rest of stuff
