This drive is so fast that even with the Intel Core i7 990X overclocked to 5.0Ghz makes the CPU bottleneck!

Fusion-IO SSD

Specs:
Read/Write IOPS - 1.19 Million compared to 50k on an OCZ Vertex 2 SSD
Read/Write Bandwidth - 6.0/4.4Gb/s that's gigabytes per second not gigabits!!!

Bus Interface isn't SATA but PCI-E 2.1 x16 compared to the OCZ Revo Drive which is PCI-E 2.0 x4

Designed for Windows 7 Server systems
Storage capacity is 10.5TB (10,500 GB - 10,500,000MB)

Power:
One 8-Pin PCI-E 150w connector
Two 6-Pin PCI-E 75w connectors
Max power consumption is 375w compared to most SATA SSD's which use no more than 10w!

Temps:
Max operating temp is 50c which is really high for a SSD...if you can get it that high!

But if your thinking of getting one of these for your gaming pc forget it because its price tag is $100,000.00 just for the 5TB version and is $200,000.00 for the 10.5TB!

We're testing the 5TB here at work.  We only have one but OMG they are insane.  Sadly by the time we are done with it, it wont be worth the materials used to make it, but it will be fun while it lasts.
