How to configure the in-game hotkey to access the web browser, etc.
In Origin, click the icon in the upper right corner, which looks like a gear.
Note: If you mouse hover over this icon, it displays the text "Customize and Control Origin"
A list of values displays, select Settings
Select the IN GAME tab on the far right.
You will see a field in this tab called Origin In Game Hotkeys.
This is where you want to specify the keyboard keys which will trigger the access to the web browser, etc when in game.
Click Done.
Note: When you load into BF3, you will see a brief tooltip on the bottom right corner of the screen, which tells you to press "Shift+F1" or whatever keybinds you configured. So you are reminded what you need to do before you get ingame.
If you don't notice the tooltip, you should still be able to access this from ingame with "Shift+F1" or whatever you have set.
