I was on your server not to long ago and for whatever reason I was banned for team killing. And the only team kill I had was an accident and I said that I was sorry. So if you could lift the ban that would be awesome.

Which game and server? We run 8 servers across 3 games, so please specify.

If it was on Black Ops, its the game that automatically does a temp-ban after 4 TKs, or fewer if they're in very quick succession. It does not last long - 20 minutes or so, I believe.

If it was a ban by an Admin, then the only way to appeal it is to submit a "ticket" using the Contact Us link at the top of the page.

It was on Battlefield 3 on your conquest server. I tried to submit a ticket and it wouldn't let me type anything so I figured this would be the next best way to bring it to someones attention.

Thanks.   The ticket submit page works fine, i just tried it. I really have no idea how the TK auto-kicks work for BF3; whether is displays a message or for how long it is.. But we do NOT ban for unintentional TK-ing, adn usually only kick for intentional TK-ing, and that's after warnings. Were you killing teammates to steal a vehicle?

In the meantime, we a second Conquest server that you can play on.

What happened is that I was camping a spot and one of my guys came and I thought he was a bad guy and I unloaded.

If you TK 5 times with in a limited amount of time you get kicked its only temp and all kicks report as bans in BF3. Give it a bit and you should be able to go back in.
