So I know there are some ppl that dont like animated sigs.  So Im trying to do animated with just small stuff and not something that will drive those ppl more nuts then they already are.

You will have to talk to Kula about that.  Its extremely difficult to add anything to an image unless you have the original file and doing animation is kind of time consuming which would make it that much harder.
