Hey Mr.T,
From what Bk has helped me with I would guess Processor & Ram.
Your Graphics card is good. Going to i5 processor and 16 gigs of ram
has helped me greatly for loading and game play.

Sorry, misread the query.
Virus scan, defrag once or twice, update GPU drivers, make sure you have the Athlon CPU driver (the lack of which can cause stuttering), maybe OC your CPU, too. I had a 5400+ that OC'ed pretty well. Every bit helps. Check for BIOS updates - see if any of the fixes apply to your system/situation.
Which thismay not help with actual performance, it'll make your games sound better: go
HERE and grab whichever drivers you need. I've been using these PAX drivers for my X-Fi cards for a couple years and they are far better than the official drivers. Better sound quality, more options.
Oh, and clean out your case. Clean any filters, remove and brush/blow out heatsinks and CPU/case/GPU fans. If your PSU is out of warranty, take off the shroud and give it a bit of a clean.
Find any Services you can disable or set to Manual. Check Startup programs that you can disable. (in Run dialogue box, "services.msc" and "msconfig", respectively).
For specific games, see
http://www.geforce.com/Optimize/Guides/battlefield-3-tweak-guide/#1 for a nice tweak guide, and check out the console tweaks in the Advanced Tweak section at the second-to-last page.
Black Ops and W@W, set "cl_maxpackets" to zero in .cfg or through the console to help pings.
Make sure AA and Vsync are disabled in both games, as they both large impacts on performance.

Hi Mr.T
Simple ones that may help:
Turn off Windows Aero Theme while playing - switch to Windows Basic Theme
Turn off the sidebar while playing
Try Lowest graphic settings in games, or try a low resolution
Eset Gaming Optimizations >>

Check system load with task manager while playing to see what's using the most resources.

ok i reinstalled my games and it has helped but i also came to the conclusion that a update to my system is needed.
so i am looking at getting
AMD Bulldozer FX-8 Eight Core 8150 3.60Ghz (Socket AM3+) Processor
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD5 AMD 990FX (Socket AM3+) Motherboard
but am unsure on which ram is best to get i am looking at getting either 16gig or 32gig but am unsure which type is the best,
some one suggested using DDR3 PC3 12800 technology and runs from 2x8 GB sticks to prevent unnecessary stress on the FSB of the motherboard.
from this i looked at
Corsair XMS3 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
but i would like more info please

I believe the reviews are not positive on the bulldozer proc. Not an AMD guy so I have not done any research just what i heard.
32 gig of mem would be serious overkill in my opinion.

16gb is even slight overkill, depending on what you do with your computer. If anything, get faster RAM - 1866mhz at the lest.
